Network upgrades May 10, 11:00-19:00 BST
As part of our rolling network upgrades, we are planning to replace some core network equipment on Wednesday 10 May.

This work should not result in any network impact.

Work will commence around 1100, and is planned to be complete by 1900. The Nimbox platform should be considered ‘at risk’ throughout.

Monitoring - We've deployed this fix, and API/mobile app connectivity has been restored. We'll monitor this tonight, to ensure it's working correctly.

Identified - We've identified the cause of this issue, and are currently building a fix that will resolve it. We'll update you soon, when we are ready to deploy.

Update - Our team is still investigating this issue, which is affecting the mobile app, and public API. We're aware that some mobile devices are unable to connect to Nimbox. The desktop and web apps still work properly.
